Hi, I’m Stacey and welcome to On The Ball Walkies pet services! I'm happiest when I'm in the company of animals, training for and competing in running events, and outdoors in nature. Ever since I can remember, I have had a passion for animals and their welfare.  Over the years I have cared for many dogs, cats, and other animals; through charity work, having my own family dogs, cats, and hamsters, and helping others with their family pets.  Having built good connections with animals,  I really enjoy getting to know them with their different personalities, likes and dislikes - even if their likes include checking out my photographer! (see pic above). Well at least one of us was looking at the camera! Some of my previous voluntary work includes socialising the many animals at the RSPCA Stubbington Ark, helping animal charities across the country with crowdfunding, and fostering animals in need. Before On The Ball Walkies I was employed by a wonderful and well respected charity as a Resettlement Worker, where I took pride in helping the many vulnerable people there find their feet again. It is with my lifelong passion for animals and helping others, and enjoying long distance running, canicrossing and nature, that had me embarking (woof woof!) on my journey as a dog walker, dog jogger and pet sitter! I look forward to hopefully welcoming you and your family pets on board! X

About

Hi, I’m Stacey, your local Dog Walker, Dog Jogger, and Pet Sitter, and welcome to On The Ball Walkies pet services!

I understand entrusting your pets to someone is no easy task, so let me tell you a little bit about me.

From as young as I can remember, I have had an empathy towards and love for animals. From placing creepy crawlies delicately outside, to providing care to seemingly lost cats, to offering to skip my ice cream treat in town so we could buy those “on the streets” with their dogs some food. The list goes on. I have dedicated a large part of my working life to helping those in need in my spare time through voluntary charity work. When I rescued my wonderful dog Billy (who has now so sadly passed), I wanted to spend as much time with him as possible (he was such a wonderful boy who lit up my day, everyday, from the moment I woke up), it only made sense to put everything together – my life long passion for animals, helping others, and spending my working day with my boy and some new wonderful furry friends outside enjoying nature. The wonderful bonds I have built with all the animals in my care are so wonderful and I look forward to many more years, and bonds being built.

Over the years I have cared for many dogs, cats and other animals, all with various needs.  I have enjoyed getting to know and understand them and their unique personalities through charity work; having my own family dogs, cats and hamsters; and helping others with their family pets.

Some of my previous voluntary work includes socialising animals at the RSPCA Stubbington Ark, crowdfunding for animal charities nationally, and fostering animals in need.  Before getting On The Ball Walkies rolling I was employed by a wonderful and well-respected charity as a Resettlement Worker, taking pride in helping vulnerable people find their feet again.

Your pets will be in caring hands with me. Updates on your pets and their adventures are always provided (unless otherwise preferred) and you can keep updated on their daily experiences via my pet services Facebook page.  Rest assured that your pet and I are always just a phone call away.

I look forward to welcoming you and your family pets on board!
