Cancellations and Returns

Services: If you would like to cancel a service booked you can do this within 15 days of booking (inclusive of the day the service was booked) for a refund or without being charged.  Unless I can refill your booking, cancellations made after 15 days of booking may be non refundable or chargeable.

Goods:  Please contact me for exchanges, returns and any other purchase related query.  If for whatever reason you would like to return an item purchased, you can do this within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.  Items must be returned in their original condition, packaging and with labels.  Due to the nature of the items, exchanges and refunds can not be offered on personalised, bespoke, or print on demand items.  If in the unlikely event any items are damaged or incorrect in any way, please notify me upon receipt.  Please ensure all items are packed securely and you retain your proof of posting until you have a refund or replacement as I cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage during items being returned.
